When our pigs are butchered, most of the left over cuttings of pork is used for sausage making, however the shop will make ground pork on request. The ground pork is quite lean as the fat is reserved for our other products. Mixing ground pork with ground beef and lamb mince will make the ultimate hamburger patty.
