The pork at Townsend is not white, it is not lean, and it most definitely does not look like chicken. Our pork is the best tasting due to the fact that the pigs live a stress free life free ranging in our pastures. We use our pigs to clear sections of over-growth and the exercise combined with their diet gives the meat a dark red colour and a rich flavour.
