Thin crust pizza dough:

2-½ tsp instant yeast
1 ¼ c warm water (like a hot bath temperature)
3c flour
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil

In mixer pour in warm water and sprinkle in yeast. Using dough hook attachment mix well, add flour, oil and then salt.

Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated and smooth. Continue to beat with dough hook until the dough is very smooth and dough is springy when poked with finger.
