All Townsend sausages are made from succulent pork. The pork we use to make all our sausages comes from the same dedicated and exclusive farms as our fresh pork. All of our sausages are hand made with coarsely ground fresh pork using fresh herbs and spices

Townsend sausages are usually made from pork shoulder and belly, but some are made using shoulder only. The shoulder ensures they’re meaty and the belly, with its higher fat content, provides succulence and flavour.
