From prime rib to beef wellington the rib section of beef makes spectacular roasts. Steaks from the rib section are large and juicy. Beef from the rib section can be either roasted fried or grilled. Crust the outside with herbs and spices and enjoy.
The biggest mistake people make when pan frying a steak is that they do not get the pan hot enough. Heat the pan until it is smoking hot and cook each side for 3 minutes at a time flipping the meat until it has been cooked through.

Any wine you like will go great. Our kitchen recommends a syrah. The acidity from the tannins in the wine and the fruit will cut through the richness of the steak.
